Booking & Refund Policy

At Freedom To Evolve, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized student loan consulting services. We understand that circumstances can change, & we have established the following policy to be fair & transparent regarding refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, & deposits.

Refunds

Service & Outcome Guarantee:

Freedom To Evolve provides expert advice & guidance based on our extensive knowledge of student loan programs. However, due to the complex & evolving nature of student loan policies & individual financial situations, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our consulting services. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on a lack of a desired result.

 

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation & rescheduling terms outlined above. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of the refund being approved.

 

Disputes:

Any refund disputes or requests for consideration outside of this policy must be submitted in writing to Freedom To Evolve's designated contact person.

Cancellations

Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours' Notice: You may cancel your appointment without penalty if you do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled time. Any deposit or full payment made will be refunded in full.

Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a late cancellation fee. Refunds for these late cancellations, including any deposit or full payment, will be at the sole discretion of Freedom To Evolve & will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered for a potential refund may include the reason for the late cancellation & your history with our services.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will forfeit any payment or deposit made.

Rescheduling Appointments

We understand that unexpected events can occur. As a courtesy, we permit one (1) appointment to be rescheduled without incurring any additional cost.

 

This courtesy rescheduling must be done within 14 calendar days of the originally scheduled appointment.

 

If you need to reschedule a second time, or if you fail to reschedule within the 14-day window, you may be required to pay a new deposit to secure the appointment.

Deposits

To secure your appointment & commitment to the consulting process, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation that does not adhere to our policy, the deposit will be forfeited.
